Haggly is not responsible for any misunderstandings, disputes, or losses that may arise from the use of our translations in marketplace negotiations or any other context.
Haggly core features may be available without an account, but certain features may require a Haggly account and an active Haggly Pro subscription. Haggly Pro uses passwordless email sign-in and subscription billing managed through Stripe.
If you subscribe to Haggly Pro, you agree to provide accurate billing information and to keep your email address current. Subscription pricing, taxes, and presentment currency may vary by region and are shown during checkout.
You can cancel your Haggly Pro subscription at any time from the account page billing management link (powered by Stripe Customer Portal). If you cancel a subscription, access to Pro features may remain available until the end of the current billing period, unless otherwise stated at checkout or required by law.
Haggly Pro is a digital subscription service. No physical goods are shipped, so physical returns do not apply.
Except where required by law, subscription charges are generally non-refundable once a billing period has started. If you believe you were charged in error, please contact us promptly through our contact page and we will review the issue.
The content, design, and code of haggly.io are the property of Haggly and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from our content without prior written permission, except for personal, non-commercial use of the translated phrases themselves.
Haggly may display advertisements provided by Google AdSense and may rely on third-party services such as Stripe (billing) and Supabase (authentication and account data). We may also contain links to third-party websites. We do not control or endorse third-party content or services and are not responsible for their content, privacy practices, service availability, or terms.
Haggly is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components. We disclaim all warranties, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Haggly and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the service, including but not limited to damages for loss of profits, goodwill, data, or other intangible losses.
Haggly is a communication tool only. We are not a party to any transactions you conduct on Facebook Marketplace, Craigslist, OfferUp, or any other platform. We do not guarantee the safety, legality, or outcome of any transaction. You are solely responsible for your own safety and due diligence when buying or selling items.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last updated" date. Your continued use of Haggly after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.
